Delaware Valley Machinery and Equipment
Appraisers, LLC is a
full service provider of appraisal and brokerage services for
industrial machinery and equipment. We will provide written
reports, in accordance with USPAP (Uniform Standards
of Professional Appraisal Practice) ethics, guidelines and
requirements. We have
more than 45 years of industrial experience, and can utilize the
services of a nationwide network of certified appraisers and brokers
to provide the appraisal you need for your
business.
Frank Merenda
Frank Merenda is certified
CMEA as a Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser by the NEBB
Institute in Wichita, Kansas. Frank leads our office
located in Paoli, Pennsylvania.
Frank has spent more than
25 years in the chemical processing and equipment manufacturing
industry, managing international businesses, selling into the
international marketplace, designing large process plants and
equipment, and providing process engineering support for large
plants. He holds an MBA
from Rutgers Graduate School of Business in Newark, New
Jersey, and a Masters of Science degree in Chemical
Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering in Piscataway, New Jersey.
Bill Hyland
Bill Hyland is certified CMEA as a Certified
Machinery/Equipment Appraiser by the NEBB Institute in Wichita, Kansas. Bill leads our office
located in Bryn
Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Bill is a former partner at Accenture (formerly Andersen
Consulting) with 20 years experience selling and delivering core
business and technology solutions for Fortune 100 financial services
(insurance, banking, capital markets) and health services (health
insurance, health providers, medical/dental, and transportation)
clients. He also
maintains a Pennsylvania real estate license
for commercial real estate activities. Bill holds a dual honors
degree in Mathematics and Economics from Harvard
University.
NEBB Institute
National
Equipment & Business Brokers (NEBB) Institute is the only
nationally recognized institute offering training and support in
business brokerage and machinery/equipment brokerage/appraisal.
Industry veterans conduct all training seminars. The Institute provides
on-going support for its certified appraisers, as well as continuing
education and annual re-certification
requirements.
Delaware
Valley Machinery & Equipment Appraisers partners with John R.
Harris, Director of the NEBB Institute, an industry luminary with
over 25 years of appraisal experience. The NEBB Institute maintains
an extensive database of equipment valuations and equipment
brokerage sales information insuring a complete, qualified appraisal
report.
